Book, Booklet, Brochure, Catalogue, Newsletter and Magazine Printing:This is our favourite product! We offer superb quality Book, Brochure and Booklet printing – they can be either Saddle Stitched or Perfect Bound. Unlike all other printers we allow you to randomly mix full colour, spot colour and black only pages in any order you like, without insisting that you stick to an imposition scheme. The cover can be printed on either the same material as the text (this is known as a self-cover booklet) or a heavier material. We now also offer Recycled Paper and Board for a Book, Brochure or Booklet; please see the Recycled section. We also offer digital Booklet printing. The prices can be found in the smaller quantities or digital booklets section where the minimum order is just one. Another product in our booklet printing range is Hard Back Books, these are also printed digitally and then the cover is glued onto a card core giving it a more substantial feel

Large Format Inkjet Printing:We can print Display Material on our large format inkjet printers including a Poster, a Banner and Backlit Film. We offer two different types of ink – one kind is for indoor use and the other for outdoor use (because it is specially formulated to withstand the fading caused by sunlight). A Poster can be gloss laminated or matt laminated for extra protection. Alternatively, for even greater durability, a Poster can be encapsulated in clear PVC. Encapsulation is available in three different thicknesses: 43mic, 125mic or 250mic. A vinyl Banner can be punched with holes, which are reinforced with eyelets and supplied with rope for ease of hanging. We can also offer Telescopic Banner Stands, A Boards and Poster Snaps where the printing is included in the product cost.

Business Card Printing:We offer three different qualities of Business Card: our standard business card is on 400gsm matt art board, our Equest business card is on 400gsm uncoated, smooth, white Equest board and our recycled business card is printed on 350gsm 9lives 80 silk board. As well as the standard 55mm x 85mm size, all three are available in a four page format either hinged on the long edge or the short edge. Now available in smaller quantities from just one upwards.

Self-Adhesive Label Printing:Our self-adhesive labels are available in many different sizes from 40mm x 40mm up to A4 and 250mm square. If the size you want isn’t listed, just choose the next size up and we will trim it down for free. We also produce a circular die-cut label for use on CDs. Our label material is Fasson Crack-Back permanent self-adhesive – the backing paper is easily removed by bending it on one of the “cracks”. They can be printed in four colour process (i.e. full colour) or Pantone spot colour.

Flyer and Folded Leaflet Printing:We are famous for printing cheap Leaflets, being one of the first companies to introduce cheap printing to the web. Since those early days, our Leaflet printing and Flyer printing has evolved and our Leaflets and Flyers are now beautifully printed in full colour in any size from 40mm x 40mm up to A2 size. We also offer a convenient six page A4 size (297mm x 630mm). The following materials are available: 115gsm gloss art, 115gsm silk art, 150gsm gloss art, 150gsm silk art, 200gsm gloss art, 200gsm silk art, 280gsm gloss art, 280gsm silk art, 150gsm Executive Uncoated and 250gsm Executive Uncoated. You can choose from wide variety of finishing options including folding, creasing, round cornering, perforating and drilling. There is no longer a minimum order of 250 on our Leaflets or Flyers page, as you can now type in any quantity you like starting from one and choose your price from the digital printing columns to the right. We also offer Recycled Paper and Board for a Leaflet or Flyer, please see the Recycled section towards the bottom of the left hand menu.

Letterheading Printing:Our standard letterheads are printed on 100gsm Executive, which is a smooth white cartridge paper, ideal for trouble free printing on inkjet or laser printers. If you would like a slightly heavier material, our 120gsm Equest may be the answer. We also have a recycled sheet available, which is 120gsm 9lives Offset – this is made from 100% recycled fibre. Quantities now available from just one upwards.Compliment Slip Printing:A Compliment Slip is available to match our three different letterhead materials: 100gsm Executive white cartridge, 120gsm Equest white offset and 120gsm 9lives Offset (made with 100% recycled fibre). The minimum quantity is just one, should you be that selective on who to give them to, and the size is 1/3rd A4 (99mm x 210mm).

Overprinted Envelope Printing:We can overprint a DL, C6, C5 and C4 envelope in either full colour (four colour process) or Pantone spot colour(s). All sizes except C6 are available in a variety of different materials including Conqueror Wove, Laid and CX22, Zeta Hammer and Linen and 120gsm Equest to match our beautiful Equest letterhead and compliment slip paper and Equest card.

Promotional Handout Printing:Promotional Handouts are printed on 350gsm silk board in full colour (CMYK), either one side or both sides. One side of the card must have either a gloss lamination or a matt lamination. There is no minimum order quantity as you can now choose to have your Handouts printed digitally by choosing the price for your custom quantity from the right hand columns. You can use these as Club Flyers, Business Cards, or Postcards, although we do also offer a very high quality 400gsm matt art board Postcard product, which you will see on the left hand menu under the Promotional heading. We can die-cut our Promotional Handouts to create interesting shapes, e.g. for use as door hangers.

Poster Printing:Our poster printing offers fantastic value, and we litho print posters in quantities from just 100. Our posters are printed in full colour (four colour process) in any size from an A1 Poster, which is 840mm x 594mm, up to a Jumbo Poster, which is 1170mm x 1600mm. Also included in the list of standard sizes is the very useful eight page A4 Large Leaflet size of 297mm x 840mm. The following materials are available: 150gsm gloss art, 150gsm silk art, 200gsm gloss art, 200gsm silk art, 280gsm gloss art and 280gsm silk art. Posters can also be printed digitally in A2 size in quantities of one upwards.

Canvas Prints:Our Canvas Prints are really good value, and presenting one of your favourite photographs printed onto canvas makes a great gift. As the Canvas Prints are available in sizes from 20cm to a massive 150cm squared, they can also be used as unique artwork to display on walls at home or in the office. They are printed onto 350gsm polycotton canvas using solvent based ink that doesn’t fade, then stretched around a 44mm frame. The standard sizes available to order online are 210mm x 210mm, 350mm x 350mm and 500mm x 500mm, but please call for a bespoke size.

Presentation Folder Printing:Our folders are printed on 280gsm gloss art or 280gsm silk art board or for a really luxurious and sturdy result we also offer 400gsm matt art board, a folder can have either interlocking or glued pockets. Your folder can be delivered flat for you to assemble or we can assemble them for you. We have a range of standing cutters, but we can also make a bespoke cutter to your design. Business card slits can be specified if required. Postcard Printing:Although this product is called a “Postcard”, they can also be used as a stunning, high quality Promotional Card or a luxury Club Flyer. They are printed on 400gsm matt art board in four colour process (CMYK) one side or both sides. They can be gloss or matt laminated on either one side or both sides. The standard size for a Postcard is A6, although we can produce them in any size from 40mm x 40mm up to A3 (297mm x 420mm). Postcard printing is now available digitally in quantities below 250, you can order directly from the product page by entering a custom quantity and choosing your price from the right hand columns. Full Colour Printing (non-standard materials):If you would like, say a Letterhead, to be printed on a paper other than our standard materials, this section of the website may offer the material you require. The most popular shades of Conqueror Wove, Laid and CX22, Zeta Hammer and Linen Finish, along with Mellotex 105gsm and some less glamorous white and tinted sheets are listed.

Spot Pantone Colour Printing (all materials):All the standard materials which you will see throughout our product range, plus the non-standard materials listed in the previous section are available for printing in Pantone Spot Colour too. We can print the full Pantone Spot Colour range including Fluorescent Pantone Colours, Metallic Pantone Colours, X2 Pantone Colours as well as all the Basic Pantone Colours. Tent Card Printing:We can print two different designs of Tent Card. Both are printed on 400gsm matt art board. Tent Card Type A sits on a desk on one of its long sides (which is slightly narrower than the other two sides). It has a crease in the base and is supplied assembled, but collapsed on the crease. The other design of Tent Card (Type B) stands on one of its open ends, so all three faces are visible. This Tent Card is supplied flat, with a strip of double-sided adhesive tape applied, ready for easy assembly at the time of use. Tent Card printing is now available digitally in quantities below 250. Digital Printing:We have a number of digital presses to suit any requirement. Our latest addition allows us to offer all the benefits of litho printing, but in smaller quantities which means there is no longer a set minimum order on most of our products. You can now enter a quantity of your choice and select the cheapest price, whether that be from the left hand litho printing columns or the digital prices on the right. Obviously, being a digital press the data can vary without driving up origination costs – so you could have one copy (or a very few copies) of a multi-page document at a price which won’t make you fall off your chair.

Promotacard Printing:Promotacards are small creased versions of our Promotional Handouts and are printed in full colour both sides on 350gsm silk board with either a gloss lamination or matt lamination on one side. They have a finished size which is similar to a credit card, 85mm x 55mm. They are available in either four page or six page versions. The four page version can be creased on either the 85mm or the 55mm edge to form a portrait or landscape Promotacard. The six page version is creased on the 85mm dimension. Promotacards, also known as folded business cards, are now available digitally in quantities below 250. Beer Mat Printing:This is fast becoming one of our best selling products. We offer two standard sizes which are 94mm circular coasters and 94mm square drinks mats (which have 10mm radius round corners). We can print them one side or both sides in four colour process (full colour) or in Pantone spot colour. Beer mats can now be ordered in any quantity as they can be digitally printed. Beer mats are not only for beer, they work well with wine too and even tea, they make a great promotional product for lots of occasions.

Datacard Printing:We offer three different qualities of Datacard, which we call Gold, Platinum and Titanium. Their size is 54mm x 85mm. Our Gold Datacards are printed on 400gsm silk board, which is then sealer varnished and round cornered – they can also be gloss or matt laminated. Our Platinum Datacards look like they are made of plastic, but have rigid plastic layers on both sides of a card core. Our Titanium Datacards are made of plastic throughout (with the same rigid plastic layers as the Platinum Datacards, but over a plastic core) and consequently they are extremely durable. Datacards can also be printed in smaller quantities.

Card Badge Printing:We offer a huge variety of shapes and colours to satisfy your Card Badge requirement. Usually, they are foil blocked onto tinted board; using one of our wide selection of foils; alternatively, they can be printed in four colour process one side or both sides. After printing, they are die-cut, drilled, strung (a variety of colours of string are available) and can be sequentially numbered, if required. They are widely used as Identity Badges for VIP enclosures, particularly at race meetings.

NCR Set, Pad & Book Printing:We can produce NCR (no carbon required) duplicate stationery in a wide variety of different forms. 2, 3 or 4 parts per set, 1/3rd A4, A6, A5, A4, A3 and every size in between. They can be printed in up to five colours on the front and four colours on the reverse. They can be perforated, drilled, sequentially numbered, glued into pads or bound as stab-stitched books.

Equest Card a.k.a. Equest Postcard Printing:Our standard Postcard (see above) is printed on 400gsm matt art board. If you would prefer an uncoated material, ideal for note cards which will be written in ballpoint pen, then our Equest could be just the ticket. They can be printed in full colour one side, full colour both sides or full colour one side with black only on the reverse. It has a beautifully smooth uncoated bright white surface.

CD & DVD Sleeve Printing:As an alternative to plastic “jewel cases”, we print two different types of 400gsm card slip cases. Type A, is a cut and creased glued sleeve with an opening on one edge. Type B is similar, but has an extra flap on the open edge which folds over to protect the opening and gives additional surface area for your printed message.

CD Jewel Case Tray Inlay Printing:These are the printed and perforated pieces of paper which sit under the “spider tray”. It is visible through the back and through both of the thin edges of the jewel case. A few jewel cases have transparent trays, and for this reason we also offer a double sided printed inlay, which can be viewed through the clear plastic tray.

CD & DVD Case Insert Printing:A CD Insert is the square piece of paper which slides into the lid of the jewel case and is held in place by the protrusions moulded into the plastic. They are 120mm square. If you require a folded 4 page or 6 page CD Insert, please calculate your price using the Flyer & Folded Leaflet price page. A DVD Insert sits between the outer clear PVC layer of a DVD case and the hard plastic box that contains the DVD. It wraps right around the outside of the case, covering the spine as well.

CD & DVD Case Booklet Printing:A booklet can be inserted into a CD or DVD case. A CD booklet is 120mm square and a DVD booklet is 180mm x 120mm. We offer a choice of different materials including uncoated, gloss art and silk art. CD & DVD Label Printing:A 118mm diameter CD and DVD Label is printed on semi-gloss, permanent self-adhesive Crack-Back. The label can be printed in Pantone spot colours or full colour (CMYK). We can also print labels digitally so there is no minimum quantity per order.

Point of Sale Printing:Our largest litho press prints extremely large sheets of paper and board, enabling us to produce a finished size of 1100mm x 1600mm. In the past, such large sheet sizes could only be printed by screen printing, which uses large (and therefore very conspicuous) half-tone dots – whereas we can produce a nearly photographic result using our stochastically screened our litho plates. Our Point of Sale material (with the exception of Wobblers) is printed in four colour process onto 200gsm gloss art board, which is then laminated onto either greyboard or E-flute corrugated cardboard.

Boxes and Cartons Printing:We can produce beautifully printed Boxes in full colour or spot Pantone colour. We have a standard range of ten different Box sizes or you can specify your own bespoke shape. Smaller boxes are printed directly onto Folding Box Board (FBB) and larger boxes are printed onto 200gsm gloss art which is the laminated onto e-flute board for extra strength and rigidity. The minimum flat size is 40mm x 40mm and the maximum flat size is 1170mm x 1600mm.

Desk Pad Printing:Our Deskpads are printed on 100gsm Executive, which is a smooth white cartridge paper. There are 50 leaves per pad and they are glued onto 1.2mm thick backing boards. Our Desk Pads are available in A6, A5, A4, A3 and A2 sizes. The Deskpads can be glued at the top, glued at the bottom or glued on either side.
